Suzanne is a Communications and Brand Management professional with 20+ years’ experience increasing positive image for company brands through strategic and innovative program development, proactive publicity programs and leadership in system alignment and key stakeholder relationships.
Recently, she spent 13 years with McDonald’s in Global External Communications working on major company initiatives and issues. Suzanne has extensive experience leading Communications programs for major sports sponsorships, creating and activating aggressive initiatives and networks for seven Olympic Games and four World Cups. In addition, she developed and implemented strategies to showcase food quality/menu/food image messaging, children's well-being programs and collaborated on significant brand issues, including marketing to kids, food safety and toy ban. Suzanne’s contributions were recognized with the coveted McDonald’s President’s Award, given to the top global one percent of mid-management in the company.
Prior to McDonald’s, Suzanne worked eight years at Burson-Marsteller on a wide range of clients including National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Sears HomeCentral and McDonald’s. Suzanne has a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
