When an investment group sought to purchase the network portion of AT&T that would eventually become Avaya, we created the Rapidian brand as an earlier solution. Rapidian conveyed a sense of urgency and response – critical concepts if you were a business whose networks were being managed by an outside supplier. When the investors we were working with bowed out of the purchase, the next group settled on Avaya from another firm. Which brand do you think is better?
